
Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Monthly Subscription and Billing
Sequoia National offers monthly subscription plans for the following services:

Website creation and management

Weekly website blogging
-
Google Maps management, including posting 2-3 times weekly on your business profile

Management of your Google Local Services Ads (LSA) program
Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance.
2. Cancellation Policy
To cancel your subscription, a written notice must be provided to Sequoia National at least 20 days prior to your next billing date. This allows us sufficient time to process your cancellation and conclude services effectively.
Cancellations received less than 20 days before the next billing date will result in one final charge for the upcoming month, and services will continue until the end of that billing period.
3. Refund Policy
All fees paid to Sequoia National are non-refundable, including but not limited to the monthly subscription fees. We do not issue partial or full refunds for unused services or cancellation requests made mid-billing cycle.
4. No Guarantees
Sequoia National does not guarantee specific rankings, SEO performance, lead flow, or other measurable outcomes. Our services are limited to those expressly listed in your agreement, which include website creation, blogging, Google Maps management, and Google LSA program management.
